April 29, 2006 The Ridge Runners are a group of people who like to take the road less-traveled. It's a different group every run, but we had a good one today. |

Let's make one thing very clear: I hate running. But in the Air Force you really don't have a choice, so at least you can make the best of it. Trail running is the best kind of running, because you get a little distracted by the watching the scenery and trying not to kill yourself. |

James Wall is tearing up the trail at Raminho (the northwest corner of the island). This was a 5K run, and it was over fast. You should try it sometime, it's a hoot! |

There's a small lake at the top. It's a nice place to engage in deep conversation. Rob Ellen doesn't know anything about that, though. He's probably just being a bunghole. |
